  • If your printer doesn’t print, then there is an issue with your printer and computer’s connection.
  • Ensure that the printer has enough paper loaded into the input tray.
  • Check the ink levels of your cartridge. If there is low ink, you should replace the cartridge.
  • If you want to reset using Mac, follow the instructions given below.
  • Click the Apple menu and then select System Preferences.
  • Right-click inside the Printer window and then click Reset printing system. Now, the printing system will reset, add your printer back to list and try to print.
  • On Windows, Download the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool and then run the downloaded file. Click Start and then select your printer. Go with the on-screen instructions and select Yes to complete the setup.

  • Wait until the carriage gets seated. Push the cartridge to release it and then pull it out from the slot. Remove the new cartridge from the package.
  • Slide the new ink cartridge into its slots. Close the cartridge access door.
